Pilling after a few days

I have many simply merino pieces and love them all. I finally splurged on the sweat set.
I love the fit and material but after a few days they are starting to pill. Even before washing them.
I have them in xs and in the colour espresso.

Thank you so much for your review. Please wash them with something hard like jeans. This should get rid of any pilling that may occur. If this does not solve this issue, please contact us as we are more than glad to help.

This sweater is fantastic. I bought it thinking I'd primarily use it for weekend adventures with the kids in the cold rainy months, but find myself putting it on every evening. It's so soft and cozy. When I first tried it on the shoulders were a bit boxy, but after washing & drying the shoulder seam relaxed down perfectly. Highly recommend and would 100% buy for kids if they decided to make.

So luxurious! I sized up for a more oversized fit, and love it, but can also see how it would be so nice to have it more fitted, with the lovely, soft fleece closer to the skin. It’s a beautiful sweater.

Note: Merino wool is naturally odor & stain resistant, no need to frequently wash.

Machine wash on delicate cycle with warm/cool water.

Mild soap. Do not use bleach.

Wool wash is recommended, Eucalan

Hang dry, best to lay flat to help retain shape.

The coziest sweatshirt you will ever own. Made with the dreamiest 100% Australian Merino wool fleece that will keep you warm all winter.
 
MATERIAL- 100% Merino wool fleece. Fleece is made by creating a circular knit fabric with a large terry loop on the back. Prior to final finishing it runs over a brushing machine that is a drum covered in tiny pins that break the loop and fluffs up the back. Both the hem, and cuffs are made with our ribbed Merino wool.
 
FIT- Relaxed fit, crew neck, long sleeve fleece with ribbed hem and cuffs. Fit is true to size, and size up for an oversized fit. NOTE: We've added length to the cuffs and band (not in Mustard & Black).
 
Machine washable on delicate cycle. Can be dried on low heat or hung to dry.
