If it's not worth mending, don't buy it!
We send free Merino wool patches with every order, because we believe that our products are worth mending. We've also created our new Preloved page, where you can purchase gently used Simply Merino products that have been repaired. All proceeds go to repairing and to local charities.
We also recommend upcycling your old wool. Our customers have made beautiful doll clothes, quilts, decorations, and so much more out of their unwanted wool products.
Merino wool is biodegradable, and is great for your garden or compost. Simply remove any tags, elastic, and thread from your garment and cut the rest into small pieces. Bury your wool, and let this natural fertilizer nourish your soil. It will take up to 12mths for the wool to fully biodegrade.
As always, please contact us if you have any questions about Simply Merino.
